Batheo & Batheo EU: Server Time Adjustment Notification

Update
The three bugs due to 150 version update have made us decide to change the server time for your best gaming experience. The bugs are:
1 The inconformity between “legion 20% extra laurels time” information in the game and the actual timing
2 The inconvenient trade hours setting of warehouse.
3 Caravans reset time was not the same with the season refresh time.
In order to ensure a stable game and avoid occurrence of potential problems, we have decided to change server time to EST and sincerely hope you can support our decision. Thanks very much.

In order to ensure a stable game version and avoid occurrence of bugs for our fellow gamers, ClapAlong is scheduled to adjust the server time of Batheo and Batheo EU in all servers. The server time of Batheo will be adjusted to Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), that is, GMT-4; while Batheo EU will be adjusted to Central European Time (CET), that is, GMT+2.
After the adjustment, the refresh time of some events will remain the same as follows.

Refresh Time (EDT for Batheo; CET for Batheo EU)
1. Free Divinity: 08:30, 12:30 and 19:00
2. Seasons: 05:00
3. Silver Mine Wrestle Start Time: 21:59:59 (Batheo EU: 19:59:59)
4. Silver Mine Wrestle End Time: 22:30 (Batheo EU: 20:30)
5. Daily Quota of Buying Item in VIP Shop: 22:00
6. Caravans Quota: 05:00
7. The Difficulty of Daily Quest: 00:00:01 on every Monday
8. The daily reset of the Members Quota to be kicked out & Deduction of League Contribution & League Contribution Max Limit: 05:00:01
9. Trading Hours for Warehouse: 08:00 to 24:00
10. 20% Legion laurel bonus time:
a. 13:00-13:30 and 20:00-23:00---regular time
b. 13:00-14:00 and 20:00-23:00---the time when there's levy event
11. Massive Assault: 9:00-22:00


If you have found any refresh time in the game is not the same with the time talking above, please feel free to post your feedback in this thread for our further adjustment. Your understanding and support will be highly appreciated.

sorry for whinging, but this is a pain. what do you mean? why EDT? where is EDT? why should I care? you have a server with times, why not post what is happening in that time?
for the non-americans that play this game, this is more than a nuisance, its an insult

EDT is EST only on Daylight Savings time, the time will also be reflective of Daylight Savings time, so it will change as the times change. This has discussed before in the poll thread, has been done because of the nature of these servers is based in the USA and is now reflective of such. Yes it is a global server, but it is governed and based on the USA zone. Additionally most all things have stayed the same, with the only difference being that the SMW has gone to an hour earlier because of several complaints that it was too late in time, and a few other minor changes dealing only with the refresh times (seasons, etc) to match more appropriate to the new time zone. It's not meant as an insult to anyone. ClapAlong is starting regional servers in various places, so this is just a step towards that as well. For all the EU countries that feel this is too big of an inconvience, remember the EU servers have been in place for some time now, with times for events and such already customized to that region.

This is wrong. 20% laurels goes from 13:00-13:30. I just used ~10 divs until I realised the announcement was wrong.
If that time is planned to be 30mins please tell us it's 30mins not one hour, it's very confusing.

I really think that you should have left the time as it was, maybe change the Warehouse time but nothing else

Traders all disappeared.
Caravans did not reset.

So now I have to refine today without my traders and I lost caravans. This patch was completely mishandled. I hope someone's getting fired over this mess.

1- no notice whic blows me away considering the excessive mailers we get in game about minor blips/patches all the time. Then THIS without so much as a mail?
2- server times list 2 times... its not even fixed.
3- everyone lost traders today.
4- no caravan reset means A LOT of complains about having to refine without traders they hired already.
5- lack of notice mean people who logged into run HOS at the end of the day (after their div built up) are unable to run them. Doing 5 more HOS today isn't going to work either (fro obvious reasons).

So the lack of notice cost our players all their traders, drac in refining today without the traders, gems/trans/drac/laurels from 80 to 100 chests in HOS... and the server time in the bottom right corner and the top right white bar still don't match.

Oh... and the event times we were told weren't going to change did. Leto's response in the thread he locked said this was intentional from some complaints they received instead of any poll (people who liked it the way it wouldn't send in a ticket there's no logic that tickets of complaints has any comparison to a poll of players).

Enhance helper list didn't reset today. What time is it supposed to reset? There's nothing about it in the notification post above.

The error they are referring to in your ticket is everything not reseting at 5 this morning like it should have. The times of things being different was intentional, I cant personally say if this was from tickets or not, I don't see them, but i spent a couple hours talking to clapalong about this last night. the summary of that conversation is " the new time is correspondent with that of other versions of Batheo." which I actually posted about last week in the thread that Leto locked.

Seems like that is a cut and paste response. I sent in a ticket about vans and traders as well. Very, very disappointed in how this was handled.
