From what I have seen a city seize just drives people into the bigger leagues. Since most servers seem to have alliances with the top few alliances it is making all the smaller ones disband and join bigger alliances.
The concept is actually stupid because bright is suppose to seize dark players and dark is suppose to seize bright players to negate them from growing, instead the game make bright players seize each other rendering new players helpless to grow unless they are able to get in a good alliance while in lower level for protection.
The story of the game is where good is trying to get rid of evil but what really happens is good vs good and evil vs evil. EPIC!~
now if someone will say that you can always attack the other side, yes you can do that but it takes more than 15hrs just to reach one of their city and by that time their alliance already had prepare for your attack.
ok let me try to explain some things... the intention behind this method was to drive people to grow as fast as they can... to fight each other all the time... to better them selves... there is coming a time when the neutral areas will open and it will be faction against faction... I agree that there is a lot of bugs and suggestions that need to be worked out concerning immediate gameplay... as for city seizures... some leagues have been seizing each others cities to drive up the rate... it has been reported and is being investigated but please keep in mind that there is only so many people and so much data to go through and be analyzed.... all we can ask is that patience is needed right now... it is being looked into...
